Persons visiting one of the websites of the Agence d'Evénements Culturels and/or in connection with its events (the Websites) fully accept the present general conditions (the General Conditions) in their version existing at the time of the order.


1. Preamble
The General Conditions (subject to subsequent amendments) apply without restriction to all purchases made on the Websites. The confirmation of the purchase by the customer and/or the payment of his purchases imply his unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions.

2. Payment by Internet
The online sales service accessible via the event websites is operated by Agence d'Evénements Culturels, whose registered office is at 7, rue Rougemont, 75009 Paris, France.
Payment for the purchase of books and products derived from the fair (excluding tickets) is made via the secure platform of our payment provider STRIPE.
Stripe (France) is a company registered in Paris (France) under the number 807572011, whose registered office is located at 10, boulevard Haussmann in Paris (75009), France. For any information, the customer can consult the following website: https://www.stripe.com

The customer expressly accepts that the transmission of his/her bank card number to Stripe is equivalent to authorisation to debit his/her account for the price of the products ordered.

The data recorded by STRIPE constitutes the proof of any financial transaction between the customer and the Agence d'Evénements Culturels.
As soon as the buyer has ticked the box confirming the reading and acceptance of the general conditions, he has declared that he accepts these General Conditions without reservation. The data recorded by the ticketing service are authentic and constitute proof of all the transactions concluded between Agence d'Evénements Culturels and its customers. The data recorded by the secure payment system constitutes proof of the financial transactions.

3. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros including all taxes.
The Agence d'Evénements Culturels reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products purchased are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the orders are registered.


4. Cancellations and refunds
Products ordered cannot be exchanged or refunded.

5. Delivery
Deliveries are made by La Poste, from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery means the transfer to the customer of physical possession of the products.
The delivery charges applicable to the order are those mentioned on the site at the time of the order.
The risk of loss or deterioration of the product is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery. The customer is required to check the conformity of the products received following his/her order at the time of delivery. Any anomaly (damaged packages, missing products, deteriorated products, products that do not conform to the order), must be notified within the legal time limits following receipt of the order and be sent to the Agence d'Evénements Culturels by registered mail to the address: L'Agence d'Evénements Culturels, 7 rue Rougemont, 75009 Paris or by email to: contact@aec-organisation.com

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

6. Confidentiality - data protection
The confidential and personal information communicated by the client to the Agence d'Evénements Culturels is for the exclusive use of the latter. In accordance with the regulations applicable to data protection, the client's personal data is used exclusively for needs directly related to the acquisition, unless the client expressly agrees to any other use.
The client has the right to delete his account, the right to access, verify and/or rectify data concerning him by contacting the Agence d'Evénements Culturels, contact@aec-organisation.com

7. Applicable law and courts
Any relationship between the Agence d'Evénements Culturels and the client subject to the present General Conditions is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
